Anxiety, depression, or a brain that works differently than the world expects it to could be part of what makes this harder. None of this means you or your relationships are broken. I see it as a rite of passage, the exact tension it takes to build a more resilient connection, with the people you love and with yourself.

My approach
For individuals, my approach means moving toward what's uncomfortable rather than managing it forever, so old patterns can actually resolve. For partners and families, it means learning to hold onto yourself even under tension, while we work at what's really driving the conflict. I also offer ADHD assessments.Staying stuck is exhausting, and reaching out takes more nerve than most people give themselves credit for.
